MEDIOCRE
It apparently is not enough to just get the gameplay right. A good game without a good story, memorable characters, principal conflict is just as bad as a game with a great story, but really poor gameplay.

UNDERWHELMING
Player funneling through the levels will eliminate any desire to replay portions of the game. This is a game that, although its AI is in the 21st century, its level design is firmly set in the 20th.

AVERAGE
The problem with Trek games in general is that they focus on the wrong things about the Trek universe- the ship-to-ship combat, the hand-to-hand combat, or the adventure of being in an episode in which something happens.Trek was always about human relationships, social commentary and moral values.

UNDERWHELMING
Thank you Epic for making the XBOX360 the de-facto platform for next generation graphics, and in the same breath curtailing its potential for any meaningful gameplay innovation.
