Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I
introduce to you - the newest addition to the site - the Reviews
section. This is where I will be hosting all the reviews that I will write in
the future, and I have organized them in a nice database table, so that they can
be searched, filtered, ordered etc. You can't do anything of the sort right now,
but it will come in due time. I will add all those cool features once I have
some spare time to dedicate to the site again.
About the reviews - I am writing a small FAQ for the review process (I hope to
have it up this week). I am not sure how many games I will review or how often -
check back if you are interested. I know I have played some games recently and
that I have something to say for all of them, but lets see if I can beat my
laziness and actually sit down and write something.
The HalfLife 2 review has been moved from the Ideas&Rants section into the Reviews section. Its pretty damn long, and I can't even finish reading it myself - so I will probably try to be more succinct in the reviews to come.
I am also experimenting with the formula for calculating the total score - you may notice that it affected the overall HL2 score adversely :). That will probably change in the future. It will all be explained in the FAQ.
